About us

PeacePathways, a 501c3 organization, is dedicated to building peace by equipping children and adults to learn about peace, cultivate peaceful environments, and take actions that lead to peaceful outcomes. The Peace Pavilion is the main program of PeacePathways and teaches these principles through lessons and activities in an interactive museum focused on children. Four types of peace form the curricular foundation - peace for me, peace us, peace for everyone, and peace for the planet. After a visit, first grade teacher from inner-city Kansas City commented, "This place saves lives. I will be using the lessons we learned at the Peace Pavilion in my classroom."
